Peer support platform, Alike, joins as Founding Partner

Alike is a game-changing peer support platform founded by Brad Gudger, a two-time cancer survivor, former broadcaster and tech entrepreneur. Alike is a community for young people with cancer, by people with cancer. A place to share, connect, vent or express themselves.

Collaboration not competition is at the heart of our operating values. We won’t duplicate something that works. We’ll promote it, raise their profile and reach by opening up our resources, supporting them to grow their impact. That’s the focus of our collaboration with Alike. Together we’ll ensure the voice of their community informs the development of our platform, and together we’ll reach more people who need support throughout their cancer journey.

“The Cancer Awareness Trust have a bold and ambitious vision which makes them ideal partners for us. Sir Chris and his team have proven that they’re dedicated to creating a space and a movement that works for everyone impacted by cancer. Together with their team, Alike wants to do things differently and explore modern methods to meet the evolving needs of the cancer community. We’re excited to learn from them and grow with them. We believe that our partnership can make real positive change for everyone impacted by cancer.” Brad Gudger, Alike Founder.

“Brad has put his lived experience into action with a game-changing platform that ought to be backed by many so that it can reach everyone who needs peer support during a cancer journey. I am delighted to welcome them into our group of Founding Partners and look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.” Prof. Sir Chris Evans, Founder.
