Julian Howard becomes a Founding Patron of the Cancer Awareness Trust

August was another busy month for new supporters backing our vision for the Cancer Platform. One of our highlights is welcoming Julian Howard as one of our top Founding Patrons, joining the likes Sir Tom Hunter, Sir Peter Rigby and our Co-Founder Sir Chris in philanthropically supporting our journey.

Alongside his role as a Founding Patron, Julian will support our exec team and co-founders as part of the Transforming Cancer Advisory Board, joining a growing number of people with experience across the cancer sector and/or with lived experience, to help shape our success in transforming cancer for everyone. With Julian’s support, we move a significant step closer to building the partnerships needed to make the platform truly global and available to all.

Julian is also a Pioneer Supporter for Prostate Cancer (UK) Limited, a Supporting Funder for the Cancer Revolution: Science, Innovation and Hope Exhibition at the Science Museum in London and a member of the International Venture Philanthropy Network at Boston Children’s Hospital in the US.
